1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Readsprig app and related services (the "Service"), provided by IonSail LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Readsprig you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. 接受条款

本协议适用于你对 Readsprig 应用及相关服务（以下简称「本服务」）的使用，本服务由 IonSail LLC（以下简称「我们」）提供。下载或使用 Readsprig 即表示你同意本协议及我们的隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。

2. The Service

Readsprig lets you save web articles, read them in a simplified reader, highlight and annotate them, organize them into collections, and — if you sign in — back up and sync your library across devices. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Readsprig 让你保存网页文章、在简化的阅读器中阅读、高亮和批注、整理到书签集，并在登录后备份和跨设备同步你的文库。我们可能不时调整、新增或移除功能。

3. Accounts

You can use Readsprig without an account. Sync requires Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your devices secure. You must be at least 13 years old (14 in mainland China), or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use the Service.

不注册也可以使用 Readsprig。同步功能需要使用「通过 Apple 登录」。你需要对自己账号下的活动负责，并妥善保管自己的设备。你须年满 13 周岁（中国大陆为 14 周岁），或已获得父母或监护人的同意，方可使用本服务。

4. Your Content and Other People's Content

Your notes and highlights belong to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync them for you.

Articles you save belong to their authors and publishers. Readsprig keeps a copy for your personal, non-commercial reading only. You are responsible for making sure your use of saved content respects copyright and the terms of the websites you save from, and you must not use Readsprig to republish or redistribute other people's work.

Saved copies are private to your account: Readsprig has no feature for publishing or sharing them with others.

Copyright complaints. If you own the rights to content and believe it is stored through Readsprig in a way that infringes them, email with: your contact details; the work concerned and proof that you own it or act for the owner; the web address (URL) of the content; and a statement that the information is accurate. We will review it promptly and, where the complaint is valid, remove or disable the content concerned and, for repeat infringement, suspend the account.

4. 你的内容与他人的内容

你的笔记和高亮归你所有。你仅授予我们为你存储和同步这些内容所必需的有限许可。

你保存的文章归其作者和发布者所有。Readsprig 保留的副本仅供你个人、非商业性阅读。你需确保对所保存内容的使用符合著作权法及来源网站的条款，不得利用 Readsprig 转载或传播他人作品。

保存的副本仅在你的账号内可见：Readsprig 不提供将其公开发布或分享给他人的功能。

版权投诉。如果你是相关内容的权利人，认为有内容通过 Readsprig 被存储并侵犯了你的权利，请发送邮件至 ，并提供：你的联系方式；涉及的作品及权属证明（或代理权利人的授权证明）；该内容的网址（URL）；以及所提供信息真实准确的声明。我们会及时处理，对成立的投诉删除或屏蔽相关内容；对多次侵权的账号，我们将暂停其使用。

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to store or process unlawful content;
• try to access other users' data or interfere with the Service, its servers or networks;
• use the Service to scrape or mass-collect content from websites;
• reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

你同意不会：

• 将本服务用于任何违法用途，或存储、处理违法内容；
• 试图访问其他用户的数据，或干扰本服务及其服务器、网络；
• 利用本服务批量抓取或采集网站内容；
• 在法律允许范围之外对本应用进行反向工程。

6. Readsprig Premium

Saving, reading, listening, highlights, daily review, sync and export are free. Readsprig Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the monthly limit on AI features (AI summaries and Ask Library); free accounts get a limited number of AI uses each month. AI features are not offered in the China App Store.

• Plans: monthly and yearly. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy. The yearly plan may include a free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends).
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

6. Readsprig 会员

收藏、阅读、听文章、高亮、每日回顾、同步和导出均免费。Readsprig 会员是可选的自动续期订阅，可无限使用 AI 功能（AI 摘要、问问收藏）；免费账号每月可使用一定次数的 AI 功能。中国区 App Store 不提供 AI 功能。

• 方案：月度和年度。你所在地区的价格会在购买前于 App 内展示。年度方案可能为新订阅用户提供免费试用。
• 确认购买时（或免费试用结束时）通过你的 Apple 账户扣费。
• 订阅会按相同价格和周期自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。续期费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内扣除。
• 你可以在「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。取消后不再续期，会员权益保留到已付费周期结束。在免费试用期内取消不会扣费。
• 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Me → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all data synced to our server. It cannot be undone.

你可以随时在 App 的「我的 → 注销账号」中注销账号。注销将永久删除你的账号以及同步到服务器的全部数据，且无法恢复。

8. Third-Party Websites

Readsprig displays content from websites we do not control. We are not responsible for that content, its accuracy, or its availability, and saving a page does not mean we endorse it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every page can be saved, or that synced data can never be lost; please keep copies of anything critical.

本服务按「现状」和「现有」基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证本服务不中断、无错误，不保证所有网页都能保存，也不保证同步数据绝不会丢失；重要内容请自行留存副本。

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因你使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据丢失承担责任。对于任何索赔，我们的总责任以索赔前 12 个月内你为本服务向我们支付的金额为限，若该金额低于 50 美元则以 50 美元为限。本协议不限制依法不得限制的责任。

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live outside the United States, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

13. Apple App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. They apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if the two conflict, these Terms control to the extent Apple permits. Your license is limited to using the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's usage rules.

• We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content, for maintenance and support, and for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, once you accept them, may enforce them against you.

13. Apple App Store 条款

本协议仅存在于你与我们之间，Apple 不是协议一方。本协议是 Apple 标准《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》的补充；二者冲突时，在 Apple 允许的范围内以本协议为准。你仅可按 App Store 使用规则，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用本应用。

• 由我们（而非 Apple）对本应用及其内容、维护与支持，以及与本应用相关的任何索赔（包括产品责任、法律合规、消费者保护、隐私和知识产权索赔）承担全部责任。
• 如本应用不符合任何适用的保证，你可以通知 Apple，Apple 将退还购买价款（如有）；在法律允许的最大范围内，Apple 对本应用不承担其他任何保证义务。
• 你声明你不位于受美国政府禁运或被列为「支持恐怖主义」的国家，也不在美国政府的任何禁止或限制名单上。
• 你使用本应用时须遵守适用的第三方条款。
• Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，在你接受本协议后有权对你执行本协议。
